Relaxed Rabbit’s new home

On June 27th, Relaxed Rabbit Massage is moving from Jade’s Salon to a space in The Healing House at 223 N Yakima Ave. Leaving behind the cozy massage room at Jade’s is bittersweet, but I’m excited to be moving to a larger space in my old stomping grounds of the Stadium District!

I realize that the change may not be welcome news for some, and I’m hopeful there will be another massage therapist taking over the space at Jade’s for those who would prefer to continue getting massages at that location.

For those of you who choose to come see me at The Healing House, I hope you’ll like the place as much as I do!

Here are some answers to questions I’ve been getting about the move.

Why?!

The new space is bigger, making it more comfortable to work in and allowing me the option to offer additional modalities in the future. I hope to be able to deliver a more relaxing massage experience in a quiet and tranquil setting.

Where?

The Healing House is a big, beautiful old house on the corner of N Yakima Ave and N 3rd St, two blocks from Wright Park, near Stadium High School. It’s about three miles from Jade’s Salon.

What’s the parking situation?

There’s plenty of 2-hour-limit street parking on this section of N Yakima. The building also has a small private parking lot which you can access through the alley, but parking on the street gives you closer access to the front door.

What do I do when I get there?

It’s a secure building, so if it’s your first time there you should text me when you arrive and I will meet you at the front door. Check your appointment reminder email for more detail.

You said something about “new modalities.” Is your service menu changing?

Right now the only thing changing is the location. You can still book a 50, 70 or 90 minute massage online; any appointments after June 27th will simply be at the new location. If you currently have a massage scheduled for after the move date, I will be contacting you to see if you wish to keep the appointment.
